Audrey Mothupi Non-executive director South African – Bachelor of Arts (BA, Honours), Political Science, Trent University, Canada Audrey Mothupi is a businesswoman, entrepreneur and the chief executive officer of SystemicLogic Group, a global financial innovation and technology disruptor. She currently serves on the following boards: Pick ‘n Pay, Life HealthCare and Arden Capital. She serves as Chairman of the following non-profit boards: Roedean School (SA). Prior to SystemicLogic Group, Audrey served as the head of inclusive banking at the Standard Bank Group and chief executive of group strategic services at Liberty Group. As a result her experience spans across various business domains including group strategy, talent design, marketing and communications strategy, integrated with strong corporate relationship management. Audrey is a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative focused on the progressive development of values based African leaders, which is part of a wider community of successful entrepreneurs, establishing the Aspen Leadership Network. In 2015, Audrey was granted honorary membership for academic and leadership excellent from the Golden Key International Honour Society and named one of Africa’s 1,000 most powerful women. In 2018, Audrey was recognised as both the Country and SADC Regional Winner in the ICT sector for the 2018 CEO Global Influential Women in Business and Government and she was awarded Continental Winner in the ICT Sector-CEO Global’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government.
