Zodwa Manase is Founder and CEO of accounting firm Manase & Associates Management Solution.
She is Chairperson of Total South Africa (TSA) and serves on the boards of a number of entities, among them Medi-Clinic Corporation Limited (MCC), MTN Zakhele Limited and ASGISA – Eastern Cape. Zodwa previously served on the boards of Denel, the Medical Research Council, the Central Energy Fund and the South African Reserve Bank and was Chairperson of the State Information Technology Agency (SITA).
She is a founder member of African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA) and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).
Zodwa is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a BCom and BCompt Hons from UNISA and an HDip Tax from the University of Natal.
In December 2008, Zodwa was appointed “Knight” of the French “Ordre National du Mérite” by the French Government for her involvement in strengthening business ties between South Africa and France.
