Dr Khoza is a seasoned executive and acknowledged strategist with remarkable business acumen honed from 25 years of senior management and directorship experience in the South African public and private partnership. Her contribution in business and government was recognised this year  by CESA Young Professionals Forum as one of the ten women for “Special achievements and sterling contributions to, as well as for uplifting the role of women in the construction industry and consulting engineering profession”. In addition, she was recognised by CEO Global as one of the three women Ambassadors for Most Influential Women in Africa.
In 2014, she was recognised as one of six South African women who received Lifetime Achievers Awards for Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government. She is also an influential and inspirational leader and well-recognised and sought-after public and motivational speaker. She has given keynote addresses at international, continental and national conferences/workshops on topics mainly in infrastructure development and development financing. Dr Khoza also has broad public and private sector skills, experience and capabilities particularly in corporate governance and compliance, social and business ethics and business practice.
