Executive Chairman of Lethushane (Pty) Ltd., a property development company I founded in 2012 operating in Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, in the housing development market. It showcases social entrepreneurship in practice, driven by the desperate need for housing, chronic unemployment in South Africa and the devastation both these bring.
Previously Deputy Vice Chancellr at the University of Johannesburg; Managing Director, SASOL Inzalo Foundation; Director of Human Resources at IBM South Africa. Current Vice President of the South African Chapter of the International Women’s Forum (IWFSA); Board Member, National Research Foundation (NRF), T-Systems South Africa (TSSA), the Standard Bank Tutuwa Community Foundation and Trustee of South African Women in Dialogue and of the TSSA Foundation which I chair.
Mpho holds a BSc from Fort Hare University and has attended the Cape Town, Wits, IMD and Harvard Business Schools.
