Head Coordinator of the BRICS Nuclear Platform and Director Special Projects for Rostom Central and Southern Africa region

A career that spans just under four decades. She served in State Owned Entities (SOE), Non- Profit Organisations (NPOs) and Academic Institutions as a Social Worker, Lecturer, HR Professional and Executive. She practiced as a Human Resources professional  designed and executed an HR Shared Services organization, talent management platforms, skills development strategies, management and leadership development programmes and other HR initiatives. She has  a Bachelor of Arts Social Work Degree from the University of the North (1989), a Bachelor of Arts honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria (1995) and a Master’s in Science Degree in Business Engineering from Warwick University, UK (2004).

Her board experience is when she served on the Eskom Utility and subsidiary boards-Transmission, Generation, Distribution, Eskom Finance Company (EFC) and Eskom Rotek Industries (ERI). I also served on external boards namely the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund (EPPF) and the Institute of People Management (IPM).She had a three-stint working as CHRO for the South African Revenue Service. A multiple award winner and have spearheaded a groundbreaking programmes in advancing women and creating a gender inclusive environment, one such is the Women Advancement Programme that earned Eskom the Most Gender Empowered organization for several years running. A 2018 Standard Bank Top Female in the Public Sector and was appointed to the Energy Sector Gender Ministerial Advisory Council of SA. In 2024, she served as the President for the Knowledge Management and HRD Conference for the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA).She retired from Eskom last July. She is currently the Head Coordinator of the BRICS Nuclear Platform and Director Special Projects for Rostom Central and Southern Africa region.
