CEO Nozala Women Investments

Mandla is the Chief Executive Officer of Nozala Investments, a broad-based black women-led and controlled private equity firm with a diversified portfolio in the minerals and energy sector and in the industrial and consumer goods and services space. Mandla is an expert in public policy, regulation and governance, with extensive experience in these areas in the ICT and digital sectors. Prior to joining Nozala, she established and ran Pygma Consulting, a pan-African ICT policy, regulatory and strategy advisory firm whose clients include mobile operators, regulators and governments across Africa and in the Middle East. 

Mandla is an experienced Board Director who currently services on the boards of a number of Nozala investee companies, as well as as an independent director on the Boards of Research ICT Africa, Telkom SA and South32.

Qualifications
Mandla holds an MSc Regulation (Utilities) from London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
